She has built her career as a well-rounded HR generalist with experience in management, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. She is passionate about creating positive workplace experiences and helping teams thrive through strong HR practices.

Elissa has been with Sageview for over 3 years supporting JARC in benefit administration, recruitment and compliance. One of the most rewarding parts of her career has been supporting organizations like JARC. It’s been incredibly meaningful to contribute to their mission and see firsthand the impact they make in the lives of others.
