Naika Jean | HR Recruiter & Coordinator

Naika brings a strong foundation in human resources and talent acquisition, with hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, leave administration, payroll support, HRIS administration, and employee engagement. At Sageview Consulting, she has taken ownership of recruiting for Sinai Residences while expanding her role to support first-day onboarding, employee benefits, I-9 compliance and audits, employee records, timekeeping, and open enrollment. She has developed a strong understanding of client needs and has become a trusted resource to candidates, employees, hiring managers, and leadership. Prior to joining Sageview, Naika built her HR expertise across corporate and nonprofit environments, supporting both exempt and non-exempt employees and gaining experience with FMLA, ADA, E-Verify, benefits, audits, and HR operations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Florida International University and is currently pursuing her MBA.
