Sageview Consulting is pleased to announce the appointment of Jodi Roth-Saks as the new Executive Director for the Jewish Relief Agency, based in Philadelphia. Roth-Saks began her tenure November 2018.

Roth-Saks has spent her career in and outside of the Jewish community with leadership roles at the Kristol Center for Jewish Life at the University of Delaware, the University of Connecticut and Sonoma State University.  These roles led her to West Chester University, where she became the Director, Office of Service-Learning and Volunteer Programs.

While at West Chester University, she led innovative initiatives in service learning programs, created a resource pantry for students and was a key partner in collaborations between the university and area nonprofits for volunteer engagement.  Jodi has a BA from Colorado State University and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Connecticut.

“Jodi’s unique combination of experience, talent, and passion is what’s required as we explore new ways to provide relief to those in need of it in our community and to provide even more meaningful opportunities to those who want to help. We’re fortunate to have Jodi at the helm,” JRA Board of Directors chair Daniel Erlbaum said.

The Jewish Relief Agency is an innovative, volunteer-driven organization whose goal is to help families in need. JRA’s community of more than 10,000 volunteers serves over 6,000 diverse low-income individuals across Greater Philadelphia by relieving hunger, improving lives and strengthening community.
