Boca Raton, FL – Sageview is proud to announce that Alice L. Tennis has been named as the new Vice President of Senior Services for Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services.

Tennis will be relocating to Boca Raton from her home in Minnesota. JFS had specified that whoever was placed had to be “a clinically sound leader who is creative, skilled in senior services, fiscally savvy, and who can grow and develop the department.”

Tennis has a long history in managing help for seniors.  Her most recent position was with the Shalom Community Alliance, in the largely Jewish Minneapolis suburb of St. Louis Park.

Before that, she served for eleven years in increasingly more responsible positions with the Minneapolis-based chapter of Volunteers of America (VoA).  She completed her time there as Vice President, Services to Seniors and Persons with Special Needs. Prior to her time with VoA, she spent an additional seven years directing programs for older adults at the Fairview Senior and Social Services/Ebenezer Community Services organization, Minnesota’s largest senior living operator.

Her education includes a Master of Social Work at Carver School of Social Work in Louisville, KY, and her credentials include certification as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (L.I.S.W.) from the State of Minnesota.

Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services is well pleased with their new hire.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Alice Tennis to our RRJFS family as our new VP of Senior Services,” says Ruth  & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services Senior VP/Chief Operating Officer Beth Levine. “Alice has a wide range of experience in the senior services arena and we have no doubt that she will bring new and innovative ideas to the department.”
